Scope of Refund Policy:
This refund policy applies exclusively to sellers and renters who have made direct payments to CarsGH for the use of the platform. This policy does not cover transactions between buyers and sellers/renters, as CarsGH serves as a facilitator for these third-party transactions.
Seller and Renter Refunds:
Sellers and renters who pay fees directly to CarsGH for listing vehicles or using other platform services may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues or errors on the platform that prevent the proper listing of vehicles or utilization of paid services.
- Unauthorized or erroneous charges by CarsGH.
- Cancellations of services before the listing goes live, subject to approval by CarsGH.
Exclusion from Buyer Refunds:
Buyers are not eligible for refunds from CarsGH, as all transactions between buyers and sellers/renters are conducted between third parties. Buyers must conduct their own due diligence before making any purchases or rentals. CarsGH does not guarantee the quality, condition, or legality of vehicles listed by third-party sellers.
Requesting a Refund:
Sellers and renters who seek a refund must contact CarsGH customer support within 14 days of the payment date. The request should include a detailed explanation of the issue and any relevant documentation.
Refund Process:
CarsGH will review each refund request on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is deemed appropriate, it will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in the user’s account, depending on the payment provider.
Non-Refundable Services:
Certain fees, such as service fees that cover platform maintenance and marketing, are non-refundable unless specifically stated otherwise in the agreement between CarsGH and the seller or renter.
Finality of Refund Decisions:
All refund decisions made by CarsGH are final and binding.
